Tell 'em their dreaming son!

There was a very interesting article in The Sunday Telegraph on March 21.
I have taken some excerpts and figures:
"Figures prepared exclusively for The Sunday Telegraph by Australian Property Monitors (APM) show Sydney’s median price is on target to reach $1.2m , averaging 7.6% growth per annum.
It’s good news for those already in the market but economists say housing affordability is at a crisis…They warn the Australian dream of ownership is ending.
APM economist Matthew Bell said Sydney house prices have grown an average 7% - 8% per annum over the past 20 years and this was set to continue.
While Sydney prices are strong, it may not make the same gains as other cities with stronger projected population numbers".
