Company Profile & History
Owners, Peter & Belinda Sutton, took over in 2000, which if you can remember was an interesting time with the Sydney Olympics and also the introduction if the GST. Peter had been in real estate for 7 years already, and was returning to the area that he knew and loved, Belinda left a rewarding career in child care to begin her real estate journey.
The business has grown from 5 (in 2000) to its current 13 (2010). During this time we have achieved some very hard earned awards and recognitions, in particular:

- 2004 Award winner No.9 Ray White (City) Office
- 2005 Award winner No.10 Ray White (City) Office

Other benchmarks along our journey have been
- 2001 - Made our 1st 100 sales
- 2002 - Moved from Ray Street Turramurra to Turramurra Ave
- 2002 - Made our 200th sale
- 2003 - Began association as Major Sponsor of Wahroonga (Tigers) Rugby Club
- 2004 - Made our 300th sale
- 2005 – Expanded by purchasing the rental division of another local business
- 2005 - Made our 400th sale
- 2007 - Made our 500th sale
- 2008 - Expanded into the corner position of Turramurra & Pacific Hwy (current offices)
- 2008 - Began in rooms auctions across the road in the Turramurra Masonic Hall (clearance rate in 2009 was 83%)
- 2008 - Began association with Barker Rugby as Major Sponsor
- 2008 - Made our 600th sale
- 2009 - Made our 700th sale
